The Safety of Neoadjuvant Therapy with Polyethylene Glycol Liposome Adriamycin Combined with Docetaxel in Patients with Breast Cancer Complicated by Axillary Lymph Node Metastasis
CONCLUSION: The combination of polyethylene glycol liposome adriamycin and docetaxel in neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with early BC with axillary lymph node metastasis has certain cardiac safety. And in the human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (HER-2) positive population, polyethylene glycol liposome adriamycin combined with docetaxel and trastuzumab also has certain cardiac safety.PMID:36947649
