Platelets and neutrophils cooperate to induce increased NETosis in JAK2V617F myeloproliferative neoplasms
CONCLUSIONS: Our study demonstrates that JAK2V617F neutrophils alone are not sufficient to promote thrombosis; rather, platelets cooperate with neutrophils to promote NETosis in vivo. The effect of thrombocytapheresis on hemogram and biochemistry parameters in patients with essential thrombocytemia
CONCLUSION: The use of thrombocytapheresıs in patients with essential thrombocytosis causes a rapid decrease in platelet values as well as an effect on hemogram and biochemistry parameters. Amplified inhibition of atherosclerotic plaque-induced platelet activation by glenzocimab with dual antiplatelet therapy
CONCLUSIONS: Addition of glenzocimab to aspirin and ticagrelor enhances platelet inhibition via multiple mechanisms of atherothrombosis. Switching from dual antiplatelet therapy with aspirin plus a P2Y12 inhibitor to dual pathway inhibition with aspirin plus vascular-dose rivaroxaban
CONCLUSION: In patients with CCS, switching from different DAPT regimens to DPI was feasible, showing enhanced P2Y12 inhibition with DAPT and reduced TG with DPI, with no differences in platelet-mediated global thrombogenicity between DPI and ticagrelor- and prasugrel, but not clopidogrel-, based DAPT.PMID:37224883 | DOI:10.1055/a-2098-6639
