Differential Cardiovascular Outcomes of Each Antihypertensive Drug Class in Patients With Hypertension and Breast Cancer Undergoing Doxorubicin-Containing Chemotherapy
CONCLUSION: RAS inhibitors are preferred for the treating hypertension and improving CV outcomes in patients with hypertension and breast cancer undergoing DOX-containing chemotherapy, particularly in patients with comorbid diabetes. Pharmacological interventions for preventing atrial fibrillation after lung surgery: systematic review and meta-analysis
CONCLUSION: Current clinical evidence supports the effectiveness of pharmacological intervention with beta-blockers, amiodarone, magnesium sulfate, or calcium-channel blockers to reduce the incidence of POAF after lung surgery in patients with lung cancer.
