Effect of Melatonin on Increasing the Effectiveness of Liver Preservation Solution

The effect of treatment with melatonin on primary school aged children with difficulty in initiation and maintenance of sleep
CONCLUSIONS: Our results indicate that melatonin is more effective than placebo in improving the initiation and maintenance of sleep and most of its subscales in primary school aged children.PMID:36583881 | DOI:10.24953/turkjped.2018.1381
