CONCLUSIONS: When compared to a lower-dose regimen, higher-dose anticoagulants result in little to no difference in all-cause mortality and increase minor bleeding in people hospitalised with COVID-19 up to 30 days. ConclusionsDespite the severity of the diseases included in MDC 1 (i.e. ischemic stroke, intracranial hemorrhage), a significant decline was detected in hospital admissions in Abruzzo. Subsequently, a high number of subjects might have not received the necessary health assistance leading to an increase in mortality and morbidity for these severe pathologies.
