ANCA-Associated Vasculitides Valvular Impairment: Multicenter Retrospective Study and Systematic Review of the Literature
CONCLUSION: Endocarditis is a rare manifestation of AAV but might be underdiagnosed. Acute valvular insufficiency may lead to urgent surgery.
