In conclusion, the clinical manifestations of hereditary PROC deficiency may vary between individuals. The heterozygous mutation locus c.565C>T on the PROC gene is associated with thrombophilia. Abstract The novel severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) causes coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and an ongoing severe pandemic.
