High expression of PYK2 is associated with poor prognosis and cancer progression in early-stage cervical carcinoma
Proline-rich tyrosine kinase-2 (PYK2), also known as calcium dependent tyrosine kinase, regulates different signal transduction cascades that control cell proliferation, migration, and invasion. However, the role of PYK2 in cervical cancer remains to be elucidated. The current study retrospectively included 134 patients with cervical cancer from December 2007 to September 2014.
