Discussion Pregnancy complications in early pregnancy range from mild to severe. They can include nausea and emesis which often is treated symptomatically, but can cause hyperemesis gravidarum and need hospitalization for intravenous fluids. Mild cramping and slight spotting are not uncommon. Some type of pregnancy bleeding is common with 20-40% of women experiencing it. Search of official nationwide database in Japan for adverse events associated with disease-modifying antirheumatic drug therapies: focus on therapies in combination with methotrexate

Improving treatment with methotrexate in rheumatoid arthritis—Development of a multimedia patient education program and the MiRAK, a new instrument to evaluate methotrexate-related knowledge
Conclusions: We developed a MPEP about MTX treatment for RA, which was found to be user-friendly and easily implementable. The MiRAK is a new scale, testing a broad spectrum of MTX knowledge. Analyses revealed strong evidence for its validity and reliability.

Risks of malignant lymphoma in rheumatoid arthritis patients receiving methotrexate-alone and in combination therapy compared with the general population: A study based on a Japanese medical claims database
CONCLUSION: The incidence of malignant lymphoma in the combination therapy group was extensively higher than that in the general Japanese population. A Retrospective Cost-Effectiveness Analysis of Mifepristone-Misoprostol Medical Abortions in the First Year at the Regina General Hospital.
CONCLUSION: The proportion of abortions completed medically increased significantly over the period studied. Patients from Regina were more likely to receive medical abortion during both time periods. Mife/miso had a >50% probability of cost-effectiveness over both surgical and MTX/miso options.
