Moyamoya Disease Associated with Asymptomatic Mosaic Turner Syndrome: A Rare Cause of Hemorrhagic Stroke
We present the first reported case of an adult patient with previously unrecognized mosaic Turner syndrome with acute subarachnoid and intracerebral hemorrhage as the initial manifestation of moyamoya syndrome. A 52-year-old woman was admitted with a subarachnoid hemorrhage with associated flame-shaped intracerebral hemorrhage in the left frontal lobe. Physical examination revealed short stature, pectus excavatum, small fingers, micrognathia, and mild facial dysmorphism. An Unusual Cause of Cerebellar Hemorrhage in a Young Patient: Essential Thrombocythemia
We report the case of an untreated 32-year-old woman with a history of JAK2 V617F–positive ET with cerebellar and subarachnoid hemorrhages without evidence of sinus vein thrombosis. She was commenced on oral cytotoxic and antiplatelet therapy. This case report discusses the underlying mechanism of hemorrhagic thrombocythemia and the management dilemma presented by the recommended treatment implications.

Meningeal Disease Masquerading as Transient Ischemic Attack
Conclusions: Our study confirmed that serious meningeal disease could present as TIA, but this disease was relatively uncommon among patients treated in a TIA clinic. The findings highlight the diagnostic value of MRI in patients with suspected TIA.

Biomarker Discovery in Cerebral Vasospasm after Aneurysmal Subarachnoid Hemorrhage
Aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH) is a devastating problem. Overall, the mortality rate associated with aSAH is 32% to 67%, which makes it the most lethal type of hemorrhagic stroke. Once the aneurysm has been treated, cerebral vasospasm is the leading cause of morbidity and mortality associated with aSAH. Thus, ability to effectively prevent or treat cerebral vasospasm could result in significantly improved survival and quality of life for aSAH patients. Unfortunately, partly because of poor understanding of the mechanisms of vasospasm, current diagnosis and treatment can be inconsistent and/or ineffective.

Spontaneous Subarachnoid Hemorrhage with Negative Angiography Managed in a Stroke Unit: Clinical and Prognostic Characteristics
Perimesencephalic subarachnoid hemorrhage (p-SAH) is linked to a benign prognosis compared with aneurysmal SAH. However, the outcome in nonperimesencephalic angiographically negative SAH (np-SAH) is not well established. We reviewed our experience and evaluated the clinical and prognostic differences between patients with p-SAH and np-SAH.

Reversible Cerebral Vasoconstriction Syndrome and Dissection in the Setting of COVID-19 Infection
The current COVID-19 pandemic has recently brought to attention the myriad of neuro- logic sequelae associated with Coronavirus infection including the predilection for stroke, particularly in young patients. Reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (RCVS) is a well-described clinical syndrome leading to vasoconstriction in the intracra- nial vessels, and has been associated with convexity subarachnoid hemorrhage and oc- casionally cervical artery dissection. It is usually reported in the context of a trigger such as medications, recreational drugs, or the postpartum state; however, it has not been described in COVID-19 infection.
