Artificially sweetened beverages and health outcomes: an umbrella review
CONCLUSIONS: The consumption of ASBs was associated with a higher risk of obesity, type II diabetes, all-cause mortality, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease incidence. Association between baseline cardiovascular risk and incidence rates of major adverse cardiovascular events and malignancies in patients with psoriatic arthritis and psoriasis receiving tofacitinib
CONCLUSION: In tofacitinib-treated patients with PsA/PsO, increased ASCVD risk and baseline MetS were associated with higher IRs for MACE and malignancies.
