CYP2C19 Loss-of-Function Variants Associated with Long-term Ischemic Stroke Events During Clopidogrel Treatment in the Chinese Population
This study aims to determine whether CYP2C19 loss-of-function (LoF) variants were associated with long-term ischemic stroke risk in Chinese primary care patients treated with clopidogrel. Patients treated with clopidogrel were ascertained from a Chinese Electronic Medical Record linked with biobank for a retrospective cohort study. The appropriateness of the use of statins for the secondary and primary prevention of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease: a cross-sectional study from Jordan

Survivability of patients admitted for stroke in a primary stroke center, Penang, Malaysia: a retrospective 5-year study
CONCLUSION: The findings of the study are intended to encourage more non-stroke hospitals in Malaysia to increase their efforts in treating stroke patients, as early treatment can help reduce the severity of the stroke.
