In-hospital major cardiovascular events between STEMI receiving thrombolysis therapy and primary PCI.
CONCLUSION: the in-hospital major cardiovascular events between STEMI receiving thrombolysis therapy and primary PCI is not significantly different. Heart failure is significantly higher in thrombolysis therapy and the primary PCI reduces the risk. PMID: 25053685 [PubMed - indexed for MEDLINE]
