Late-Onset Vaccine-Induced Immune Thombotic Thrombocytopenia (VITT) with Cerebral Venous Sinus Thrombosis
A previously healthy 42-year-old woman presented to the emergency department with acute onset fluent aphasia. Further clinical examination was unremarkable. Emergency computed tomography (CT) of the head showed two small intracranial hemorrhages of the left temporal lobe and a hyperdense cerebral sinus.
