Report of the Mid Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust public inquiry
This report is the result of a public inquiry into the commissioning, supervisory and regulatory bodies in the monitoring of Mid Staffordshire hospital between January 2005 and March 2009. UK Pharma & Docs Inch Toward Payment Disclosure
