This study aims to evaluate the disability, insight and self-care agency of schizophrenia patients.Design and MethodThis descriptive study was conducted with 100 patients in remission who had a diagnosis of schizophrenia at community mental health centers.ResultsThe schizophrenia patients had poor insight and moderate self-care agency. Nurses' patient safety competency, a predictor for safe care in psychiatric wards?
This study examined the relationship between patient safety competence and safe care from the viewpoints of nurses working in psychiatry wards.Design and MethodsThe present descriptive correctional study was conducted in two psychiatry hospitals in Iran in 2020. The effect of hopelessness on the perceived partner behaviors during Covid ‐19 pandemic process
AbstractPurposeIt is aimed to evaluate the effect of hopelessness on the perceived partner behaviors during Covid-19 pandemic process in Turkey.DesignDescriptive.MethodsTotally, 486 participants have been included in the study.FindingsIt has been found that there is a positive correlation between codependence, disconnection, controlling subdimension and hopelessness in both women and men (p <  0.05).Practice ImplicationsIn the study, the women and men who evaluate their partners as dependent, disconnected and controlling are hopeless. The evaluation of mobbing cases in the healthcare sector based on Supreme Court case law in Turkey
ConclusionsMost of the cases occurred in private hospitals. Hospital managers were accused of mobbing in 88% of cases. In 30% of cases, nurses were plaintiffs. Also, 45% of cases involved an attack on the occupational situation of employees.Practice ImplicationsIt is important to develop policies specific to mobbing behavior in the workplace at the macro level and to consider legislation and management monitoring by health managers and especially nurse managers at the micro level. AbstractPurposeTo determine depression symptoms and quality of life in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).MethodsThe data were collected using the Participant Information Form, PCOS Quality of Life Questionnaire (PCOSQ-50), and Beck Depression Inventory (BDI). The role of psychological capital in the relationship between nurses' job satisfaction and turnover intention
