Hypertensive Disorders of Pregnancy: Common Clinical Conundrums
Conclusion and Relevance
Despite the frequency with which hypertensive disorders of pregnancy are encountered clinically, situations arise frequently with limited evidence to guide providers in their management. An urgent need exists to better understand this disease to optimize outcomes for impacted patients.

Spontaneous Uterine Vessel Rupture During Pregnancy or in the Puerperium: A Review of the Literature
Conclusions
Spontaneous rupture of uterine vessels is a rare but potentially life-threatening complication of pregnancy that should be included in the differential diagnosis of pregnant patients presenting with an acute abdomen.
Relevance
Our aim is to increase the awareness of spontaneous vessel rupture during pregnancy to improve detection, management, and perinatal outcomes.
