CONCLUSION: Overdiagnosis and overtreatment of Lyme borreliosis put patients at risk of undiagnosed illnesses and multiple adverse effects of unjustified treatments. The clinical management of such patients requires a comprehensive approach including expertise in mental disorders.

Severe adverse events during medical and surgical treatment of hip and knee prosthetic joint infections.
CONCLUSION: Severe adverse events are frequent following prosthetic exchange for PJI (34.7%) and are related to the high frequency of comorbidities in this population and to the complex surgical procedures required. The risk factor significantly associated with these events was a two-stage exchange.

Determinants of doctors' antibiotic prescriptions for patients over 75 years old in the terminal stage of palliative care.
CONCLUSION: Antibiotic use in end-of-life EPs in PC seems frequent. In accordance with the principle of beneficence, its goal of often symptom-related; that said, in the absence of scientific data, antibiotic prescription in end-of-life situations should be individualized in view of observing the other ethical caregiving principles (beneficence, non-maleficence, justice, patient autonomy) and reevaluated daily.

[Evolution between 2008 and 2018 of mothers' perception regarding vaccination and infant vaccine coverage in France].
CONCLUSION: Following the implementation of infant mandatory vaccination in 2018, proportion of mothers in favor of vaccination increased significantly. HepB and MenC VCRs significantly progressed between 2017 and 2018.

Infectious complications of promontofixation, A systematic review of the literature.
CONCLUSION: This review of the literature underscores a lack of descriptive, statistical and therapeutic data on post-promontofixation infections, which are certainly underestimated. On the other hand, it helps to identify the association of certain factors with the occurrence of post-operative infections.

Compliance with antibiotic prophylaxis guidelines in surgery: Results of a targeted audit in a large-scale region-based French hospital network.
CONCLUSION: Compliance with nationwide ABP guidelines is in need of pronounced improvement, especially with regard to time interval between injection and incision and the molecule prescribed. An action plan based on specific recommendations addressed to each establishment and an updated regionwide ABP protocol are aimed at achieving better and reduced consumption of antimicrobial agents.

The vaccination coverage in dispensaries on Mayotte Island is lacking for natives and migrants alike.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: Assessing the vaccination coverage rate in Mayotte dispensaries Patients and methods: prospective study in three dispensaries from June to July 2019 Results: Of the 162 patients included, 78% (126/162) were natives of the island and 19% (30/162) were from the Comoros Islands. 23% (37/162) were up-to-date on their mandatory vaccinations, 45% (73/162) were not and 32% (52/162) had unknown vaccination status. There was no difference in relation to their origin. Some vaccinations were strictly followed (MMR, Hepatitis B…) others were not (HiB, meningitides…)....

Pulmonary tuberculosis: Evaluation of current diagnostic strategy.
CONCLUSIONS: We identified several aspects of the French tuberculosis diagnosis algorithm that could be improved, and posed the basis for a prospective study. Centers in higher incidence areas could benefit from a dedicated, predefined procedure exploring suspicions of tuberculosis. A high suspicion score of tuberculosis could drive the reasoned use of molecular testing in such settings.
