In order to drastically reduce the risk of such adverse outcomes, continued emotional and practical support is crucial during the transition from hospital to community. Current collaborative care models do not provide consistent care to address these issues. The Positive Side of Things: Examining Factors that Predict Positive Mental Health in Individuals with Problematic Substance Use
AbstractProblematic substance use (PSU) is highly prevalent within Canada. Individuals who suffer from PSU face disproportionate amounts of stigmatization.
