Psychometric properties and factor structure of the Vietnamese Copenhagen Burnout Inventory
CONCLUSION: The CBI-V showed good validity and reliability among hospital nurses. It can be a reliable tool to measure burnout among nurses in a low- and middle-income country in Vietnam during such a crisis as COVID-19. Reliability and validity of the Japanese version of the Professional Fulfillment Index among healthcare professionals: A validation study
CONCLUSIONS: The Japanese version of the PFI demonstrated acceptable high internal consistency, structural validity, and convergent validity of the scale with a three-factor structure the same as in the original PFI. Frailty and occupational falls among older Japanese workers: An Internet-based cross-sectional study
CONCLUSION: Our findings suggest that frailty is associated with occupational falls among older workers in tertiary industries.
