Neuropsychiatric features of Parkinson's disease in the era prior to the use of dopaminergic therapies
CONCLUSIONS: Prior to the use of dopaminergic therapies, patients with Parkinson's disease admitted to hospital rarely, if ever, reported psychotic symptoms, although other neuropsychiatric symptoms were more prevalent.
