Wednesday Afternoon Lecture Series Neuropsychiatric disorders account for a significant proportion of the burden of non-communicable disease in high-, middle-, and low-income countries. Yet marked inequities in the financing of health services and the supply of human resources for mental health care are evident between countries and within countries.
