Endovascular Exclusion of Juxtarenal Aortic Aneurysm in Concomitant Presence of an Aortocaval Fistula

Introduction: Aortocaval fistula is a rare vascular complication in which the aneurysmal sac erodes into the inferior vena cava. Open aneurysmal repair is associated with high mortality and morbidity rates. Management with standard endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR) is not always feasible owing to anatomical restrictions. It is also associated with the development of persistent low flow type II endoleaks.
