Simultaneous Immune Attack to Multiple Roots and the Spinal Cord

A patient with concurrent occurrence of polyradiculopathy and myelopathy is presented. Diagnostic investigation and clinical outcome supported the diagnosis of chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy variant.
