History: A 31 years male presented with 6 weeks history of breathlessness and intermittent hemoptysis. CT scan was performed and show belowFindings:An intrabrocnchial soft tissue lesion is seen obstructing the left lower lobe bronchus with distal atelectasis. The soft tissue shows eccentric foci of calcification.
