TOF mass spectra of zircon M257 measured by VUV laser desorption ionization

The VUV laser scanned an area of 10 × 10 μm2 with a step of 0.5 μm, in total 30 layers and 6000 laser pulses, resulting in a depth of ∼20 nm.
