A new technique for closure of an immediate oroantral communication following tooth extraction by free buccal fat pad graft: Case report

ConclusionsWithin the limits of this report, the use of FBFPG in the immediate closure of small- to medium-oroantral communication is a simple procedure with low complication after the surgery, it can be used without elevating any flaps and without causing any change in the depth of the buccal sulcus and the symmetry of the face.
