Soper, Sunggook Park, and co-workers develop a novel polymer nanofluidic sensor consisting of a nanochannel column and two sub-10 nm in-plane pores formed in polymer substrate via nanoimprint lithography. This nanosensor demonstrates label-free detection and identification of dNMPs, the building block of DNAs, via their time-of-flight through the nanochannel column.
