Proud to be an AmericanYou seem to think that's an achievement, something you earned by hard work and merit. I'll bet 100 to 1 you were born here. It's just a circumstance in which you found yourself, fortuitously if that's how you feel about it. I don't see how it's anything to be proud of. As a matter of fact, I would also wager that people who actually did achieve the status are people you don't particularly like.God Bless AmericaSo apparently as far as you know God has no plans to bless America, but you're hoping he'll see your bumper sticker and say, "What the heck, let's throw them a blessing."
