What puts me off even more is that I feel that my peers don't really mind they are missing out on other things. I really don't know if Im willing to make this sacrifice anymore for a career I might not even like in the future. On the other hand i probably haven't yet experienced all sides of medicine and my parents (who are not in the medical field) are saying that I would miss out on a truly meaningful career and that I would regret it if I left. I really don't know what to do. Any suggestions?
