Self-efficacy training as an adjunct to exercise in a person with progressive multiple sclerosis: a case report

Conclusion: The findings illustrate that an 8-week self-efficacy intervention increased exercise self-efficacy, QOL, and reduced perceived fatigue in a severely disabled individual with progressive MS.
