Small intestinal immunopathology and GI-associated antibody formation in hereditary alpha-tryptasemia
Individuals with H αT have increased numbers of activated mast cells in the small intestine, accelerated intestinal epithelial cell pyroptosis, expanded class-switched memory B cells, and increased GI-associated antigen-directed antibody production.
