Endometriotic Lesions On Uterine Scar

A 40-year-old pregnant woman was admitted to the hospital with menostaxis after cesarean section for eight months. She had experience of 4 pregnancies, two of which resulted in cesarean section at full term and two of which were electively terminated. She had previously been in good health. Ultrasound imaging and magnetic resonance imaging revealed two adjacent solid lesions approximately 3 cm and 5 cm in diameter (Figure 1) respectively, at subserous uterine isthmus, with a negative blood beta-human chorionic gonadotrophin value.
