Relation between pulmonary function tests (PFTs) and severe asthma difficult to control
Conclusions: - A significant number (43.9%) of our SADC patients have almost a normal spirometry, indicating a functional clinical mismatch.- The degree of obstruction with asthma control was not related.- We have observed an improvement in PFTs after biological treatment.
