Involvement of Parkin-mediated mitophagy in COPD-related sarcopenia pathogenesis

Conclusion: These results suggest that reduction of Parkin can be involved in sarcopenia formation through impaired myogenic differentiation and reduced mitophagy during COPD pathogenesis.
