66.4 the early aftermath of earthquakes in puerto rico: enlisting the community in mental health recovery

Through this presentation, audience members will: 1) learn about the effect of earthquakes on the previously traumatized community of Puerto Rico; 2) hear about systems challenges encountered in acute postdisaster recovery efforts, especially among economically and politically disenfranchised groups; and 3) learn strategies of engaging community members at the grassroots level to advocate for the needs of children after a disaster.
