Calcified Umbilical Nodule with Abdominal Pain

A 22-year-old man with no previous medical history presented to clinic with non-radiating, constant mid-abdominal pain that started three days prior and progressively worsened. He reported intermittent, mild abdominal pain for several years but nothing of this severity and was unaware of any umbilical abnormalities. He did report manipulating the umbilicus in an effort to self-treat the current issue.
