Coronary Anastomosis Simulation: Directed Interventions to Optimize Success.

CONCLUSIONS: Providing residents with a low-fidelity coronary anastomosis trainer with high quality instruments and a faculty mentor improved rates of independent practice, TSDA assessment scores, and anastomosis time.
