CDC: Proposed Data Collection Submitted for Public Comment and Recommendations

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is seeking comments on a proposed information collection to obtain information and data about the COVID-19 pandemic. The survey will ask questions about general health, psychological distress, chronic conditions, health behaviors, testing and treatment for COVID-19, the pandemic's impact on healthcare access, and how individuals are changing their behavior because of COVID-19. Comments on the information collection are due by October 19, 2020.
