Right Heart Calcifying Fibrous Pseudotumor Presenting with Embolic Stroke.

We report a 43-year-old white female with a right-heart calcifying fibrous pseudotumor presenting with embolic stroke. This rare clinical-pathological entity should be included in the differential diagnosis of cardiac masses. Tissue diagnosis should be pursued. Management should be tailored based on symptomatology and feasibility of resection. PMID: 32771465 [PubMed - as supplied by publisher]
