DEPTOR is a microRNA-155 target regulating migration and cytokine production in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma cells

Diffuse large B-Cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most common non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), accounting for 30-40% of the newly diagnosed NHLs. DLBCLs are molecularly classified into distinct subtypes that differ concerning the cell of origin, oncogenic mechanisms, and clinical behavior 1-3. In general, DLBCLs can be classified as either activated B-cell (ABC) type, or germinal center B-cell (GCB) type tumors, representing different cell of origin and associated with different prognoses. However, recent studies highlight additional molecular and clinical heterogeneity within each of these subtypes 3,4.
