Reply to the Editor —Differentiation of atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia and nodofascicular reentrant tachycardia

We appreciate the comments by Drs Chin and Chen on our case of nodofascicular reentry. The authors contend that our patient ’s postpacing interval–tachycardia cycle length (PPI–TCL) falls in a gray zone where atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT) cannot be excluded. We respectfully disagree.
