Montgomery County shuts down restaurants for violating reopening protocols
Montgomery County said Monday it ordered the closure of several businesses within its borders over the Fourth of July weekend after it was discovered they were not complying with health and safety restrictions related to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The county said it shut down Vibes Hookah Lounge, located at 1 Dawson Ave. in Rockville, and Cabana Hookah Lounge, located at 8227 Georgia Ave. in Silver Spring. Both were discovered to be in operation despite the second phase of the county’s reopening plan…
