Auburn company plans $163M expansion to support Covid vaccine efforts

An Auburn company is planning a $163 million expansion after securing a major contract to support the Covid-19 vaccine effort. SiO2 Materials Science will be supplying the federal government with vials for the vaccine. The project will create 220 jobs.
