Gastrointestinal bleeding as an initial manifestation of gastric lipoma: Case report and review of the literature

Gastric lipoma should be considered as a rare differential diagnosis in patients presenting with gastrointestinal bleeding. Diagnosis is mainly done by radiologic and endoscopic findings.
