Treatment of a tuberculous esophagomediastinal fistula with a covered metal stent.

We present the case of a tuberculous esophagomediastinal fistula treated with a covered metal stent. A 48-year-old female with a history of pulmonary tuberculosis presented with dysphagia and retrosternal pain of a one-month duration. The physical examination was unremarkable.
