Combined therapy with bronchial artery embolization and tranexamic acid for hemoptysis.

CONCLUSION: Combined therapy is an effective and safe treatment modality for hemoptysis of various etiologies, with potential benefits for short-term recurrence vis-a-vis current literature evidence.
