Fixation of distal radius fracture with volar locking palmar plates while preserving pronator quadratus through the minimally invasive approach.

CONCLUSION: Fixation with volar locking palmar plates through minimally invasive approach is a satisfactory and optional method in the treatment of distal radius fractures.
