Kounis syndrome following angioplasty of the superficial femoral artery with paclitaxel coated balloon
We present a rare case of acute coronary syndrome secondary to anaphylaxis following inflation of a paclitaxel coated DCB used to treat a recurrent superficial femoral artery (SFA) stenosis.
