Author ’s Reply to Differentiation of atrioventricular nodal reentry tachycardia and nodofascicular reentry tachycardia

We appreciate the comments by Drs. Chin and Chen on our case of nodofascicular reentry. The authors contend that our patient ’s post pacing interval – tachycardia cycle length (PPI-TCL) falls in a gray zone where atrioventricular nodal reentry tachycardia (AVNRT) cannot be excluded. We respectfully disagree.
